Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time — there are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Your cancellation stops all future billing.

Sign in to your account and open the Billing page, then click "Manage subscription" to open Paystack's secure management page, where you can cancel. If you have any trouble, email us at info@newsletterbuilder.co.za and we will cancel it for you.

• You will not be charged again after you cancel.
• You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• After that, your account becomes read-only. Your data and subscriber lists are kept safe so you can resume later by subscribing again.

Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Please see our Refund Policy for full detail.

If you would like your account and personal information deleted entirely rather than kept read-only, email us at info@newsletterbuilder.co.za and we will action your request.
