What can I do during the free trial?
During the free 3-day trial, you can create and preview up to three saved newsletters, with no credit card required. Adjust your business details, branding, voice or topics between versions and compare them in your newsletter archive. For Other business, the initial English and Afrikaans setup drafts are review previews, not saved newsletters; approve the business details before creating saved issues. The trial does not allow you to add subscribers or send emails to clients. Adding contacts and client sending require an eligible paid plan.
Can the newsletter use my own branding and writing style?
Yes. The Custom plan and every plan above it include your brand colours, themes, logo, voice, and tone. Your newsletter can also carry your photo, firm details, and professional information.
Will Newsletter Builder send the emails for me?
The Starter and Custom plans let you preview and share your newsletter yourself. Send adds automatic delivery to your subscribers from a shared sending domain. Domain also lets you send from your own verified domain.
How does Newsletter Builder support POPIA compliance?
You confirm a lawful basis before adding contacts, acknowledgements are recorded, and sent newsletters include your sender details and an unsubscribe link. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis for each contact you add.
Can newsletters be written in Afrikaans?
Yes. Newsletter commentary can be produced in English or Afrikaans, with your chosen voice and tone available on the Custom plan and above.
Can I cancel if the service is not right for me?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, with no long-term contract. Yearly billing is available for professionals who prefer to pay annually and save 30%.
How are yearly plans billed?
Yearly plans are billed upfront at the displayed annual price, saving 30% compared with paying monthly.
